Legendary Baltimore Orioles player Brooks Robinson, Jr. was our special guest at the Whitman Baltimore 2014 Spring Expo.
Robinson is widely known as the greatest defensive third-baseman in major league history. Over the course of his career, he won sixteen consecutive Gold Glove Awards. Robinson joined the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1983.
On Thursday, March 27, Robinson was be a VIP at the 2014 Baseball Hall of Fame Commemorative Coin Launch at the Whitman Expo. He was available to take photos with attendees and speak with the media, and was accompanied by two representatives from the National Baseball Hall of Fame organization.
